IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Family names & Merry Christmas will only be personalised in:

Script font using Upper Case/ Caps for the first letter of each name, followed by Lower Case for the remainder of the name. Maximum 10 Characters for family name (Example for name: Smith Family).
Choose from Gold or Pewter threads to add that extra touch of class.
No symbols or special characters can be used in any personalisation.
The exact size of each letter/ name or letter placement varies depending on the choice of name, longer names will naturally have smaller letters to allow the name to fit correctly and so on. (Our program, will fit your name of choice, going by height and width or each letter into our custom size allowance- unfortunately we have no control over this).
As these are handmade, slight variations in size may occur between each product.

Always remember to check that all spelling is correct, as text will be copied exactly. How you type the name out in the personalisation’s box will be how we print the name.

Please Note: As a pre-order item, please allow sufficient Sewing and Personalisation timeframes. As we make our tree skirts from scratch, we require a minimum of 14 days production time. Due to covid, slight delays may occur, however we will do our very best for quick turnaround.
Care Instructions: Cold machine wash (preferably in lingerie bag for added protection and to maximise longevity of the garment). Do not dry in direct sunlight to prevent colour fading, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean, do not bleach and do not iron on print or embellishments.
Our designs are made to order so please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds due to the personalised nature of our products. Refunds will only occur if the garment is faulty.
