All of our products are made to order. We will make your order according to your specifications and usually dispatch it within 14 business days.

For all orders under $150 shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.95.
All orders $150 and over, will be shipped for free!

We currently only deliver to residential addresses.

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, your Postman may leave the parcel in a suitable location, otherwise they will leave a note letting you know that you should collect your package from your nearest Post Office. In the case of a Couriers Please or Toll Priority delivery, they may also leave the parcel or they will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery time.

As our designs are custom made to order, refunds will only occur if the product is deemed faulty.

Please take note when you are placing your order, any mistakes made during this process, will not be covered by our store. There is no refund or exchange due to change of mind, so please choose carefully.

We ask that you triple check all your orders before checking out. Customers use all kinds of spelling variations for names, so it is impossible for us to know if it is a mistake or just different. So please ensure spelling is checked before an order is completed. 

Please also note that The bmb store will not be held accountable for any products lost or damaged during transit.

In the event that an order is either damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order. If the item deemed faulty, then a full refund or exchange will take place.

Please note that general wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, and will not fall under our refund or exchange policy.

Please note that size and colour variations may occur across our whole product range and images shown on any of our media platforms. Sizes and colours may vary depending on material availability from suppliers, in which we have no control of (including embroidery threads and vinyl applicators). The bmb store will not be liable for any misunderstanding of this.
