Monogramming (initials) or single letter, will only be personalised in:

Block font in Caps/ Upper Case only- Maximum of 2 characters. (Example initials: LL or one letter only: L)

First names will only be personalised in:

Typist font will be completed in Lower Case only- Maximum 10 characters. (Example for name: lily)
No symbols or special characters can be used in any personalisation.
The exact size of each letter/ name varies depending on the choice of name, longer names will naturally have smaller letters to allow the name to fit correctly. (Our program, will fit your name of choice into our custom size allowance- unfortunately we have no control over this). .
Choose one of the many colours from our high quality threads range to create the perfect final touch.
Always remember to check that all spelling is correct, as text will be copied exactly. How you type the name out in the personalisation’s box will be how we print the name.
Care Instructions: Cold machine wash (preferably in lingerie bag for added protection and to maximise longevity of the garment). Do not dry in direct sunlight to prevent colour fading, do not tumble dry, do not dry clean, do not bleach and do not iron on print or embellishments.

Our designs are made to order so please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds due to the personalised nature of our products. Refunds will only occur if the garment is faulty.
